No. The free month starts the moment you sign up in the web app with your email or your Google account — no card, nothing paid up front, and nothing charged when the trial ends.
You choose a plan. The app tells you when an allowance is used up, and the three plans are under Settings. Your books stay where they are: nothing is deleted the day a trial ends, and how long an account without a plan is kept is set out in the privacy policy.
Yes. Every plan — from Personal up — unlocks the full accounting system at app.floosi.net: income statement, balance sheet, budget vs actual, trends, allocation, chart of accounts, loans, reconciliation and multi-currency. The monthly allowance of statements, pages and interactions is the only difference between plans.
With your email and a password, or with your Google account.
It runs 30 days from the moment the payment is confirmed, and the counters for statements, pages and interactions reset with it. It does not renew by itself: nothing is charged unless you pay again. We email you five days before the month ends; in its last seven days the app offers a renewal, and the new 30 days are added to the end of the month you have. An upgrade can be bought at any time: the higher plan applies immediately and its 30 days are added to the end of your current month.
Visa and Mastercard, on a payment page served by our payment provider with 3-D Secure. The card fields on that page belong to the provider: the number, expiry and security code never reach our server, and we never ask for them by email or by message. Prices are in US dollars; the exact amount and currency charged are shown on the payment page before you confirm, and the name on your card statement is Al-Maseer for Software & Computer Systems.
The free month exists so you can try everything before paying, so a month already begun is not refunded. If you are charged twice or something goes wrong with a payment, write to us within thirty days and we put it right. The binding wording is in the terms.
Floosi is not limited to a list of banks. The system reads any bank statement — any bank, any country, any currency, in any format: PDF, Excel, or CSV.
Your database is locked with a key derived from a passphrase only you know; the app asks you to set it before you use it, and we do not store the passphrase, so we cannot open it. The statement file itself is never saved as a file on our server: it is passed to our extraction provider, stays there for 90 days on a period we set ourselves, and is then deleted, while we keep the transactions extracted from it. Excel and CSV files are read on our own server and never leave it. The detail is all in the privacy policy.
