Floosi is a trademark and product owned and operated entirely by Al-Maseer for Software & Computer Systems LLC, a Jordanian limited liability company registered with the Companies Control Department at the Ministry of Industry, Trade & Supply, with its centre in Amman. In this document "we", "us" and "the company" mean Al-Maseer, and "the Service" means the Floosi bot on WhatsApp and the web app at app.floosi.net.

The company operates other products under their own terms, published on their own sites. This document governs Floosi only.
By using the Service — by messaging the bot on WhatsApp or by registering in the web app — you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. We may update these terms and will notify you of any material change through the bot or by email at least thirty days before it takes effect.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The Service is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect their data.
An account is created on your first interaction with the bot or when you register in the web app. Encrypting your financial data is something you switch on, and we invite you to when you start: once you do, it is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM using a key derived from a passphrase you choose. Until you switch it on, your database is not encrypted — it is protected by the access controls on our servers, not by cryptography. It is optional for a reason set out in the Privacy Policy: the passphrase is yours alone, so compelling it would make forgetting it permanent data loss.
The Service provides personal money-management tools: reading bank statements you upload as PDF, Excel or CSV and extracting and categorising the transactions; answering questions about your spending; budgets and alerts; savings goals; debts and loans; and, in the web app, an accounting layer covering the income statement, cash flow statement, balance sheet, chart of accounts, statement reconciliation and reports.
Extraction relies on automated AI processing through third-party providers named in the Privacy Policy. The system is built to read any bank statement from any bank or country, but the quality of the result depends on the clarity and format of the document, and we do not guarantee 100% extraction or categorisation accuracy for every document. Reviewing the figures before relying on them is your responsibility.
The Service is not financial, accounting or tax advice. Al-Maseer is not a bank, a financial institution, a broker, a licensed financial adviser or an auditor, and is not licensed by the Central Bank of Jordan or the Jordan Securities Commission.
The reports the Service produces — including the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement — are management information prepared on a cash basis for your personal use. They are not audited financial statements, are not prepared under international accounting standards, and are not on their own suitable for submission to any regulatory, tax or lending authority without review by a licensed accountant.
Your financial decisions are yours alone. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the Service, including errors in extraction, categorisation or AI answers.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted through Arab Bank's online payment gateway with 3-D Secure authentication. Your card details go directly to the gateway and never pass through, are never stored by, and are never visible to us at any stage — not the card number, not the expiry, not the security code. Amounts settle in Jordanian dinars to the company's Arab Bank account after the bank's settlement period.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful management of your own money, and not to:
All rights in the Service — the software, the code, the "Floosi" trademark, the name and logo, the bot persona, the prompts, the designs and the documentation — belong exclusively to Al-Maseer for Software & Computer Systems LLC or its licensors. These terms grant you only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service as described here.
Your data stays yours. We claim no ownership over your statements, your transaction data or your conversations, and we do not use them to train AI models.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. It may pause for maintenance or updates, or for reasons outside our control including failures at messaging platforms, hosting providers or processing providers. We may modify or suspend any part of the Service, and if we discontinue it entirely we will give thirty days' notice and let you export your data.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of clause 9 or for non-payment. You may delete your account and all of your data at any time — from the web app's settings or by sending the deletion request to the bot — subject to the deletion timings set out in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by Jordanian law, Al-Maseer is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, lost profits or lost data. In all cases our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
None of the above limits liability that Jordanian law does not permit us to exclude.
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or connected with them.
The Arabic version of these terms is the legally binding text. This English version is provided for convenience only; if the two differ, the Arabic prevails.
If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force. Our failure to exercise a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.
